For your projects
Redistribution and end-product use
If you ship games or creative work that includes ChibiGen-generated assets, you may attach the notice below to exports or incorporate these terms by reference in your own project licensing.
Permitted in your projects
- Use in commercial and non-commercial games, apps, and interactive projects you publish
- Modify, animate, combine, and include assets in compiled builds and releases
- Use in trailers, screenshots, and marketing for your project
- Share with teammates and contractors working on the same project
Redistribution of raw assets
Generated assets are licensed for use inside your end products—not as standalone products others can extract and reuse. Do not sell, sublicense, or distribute raw sprite sheets, animation packs, stock libraries, template kits, datasets, or marketplace bundles built primarily from ChibiGen outputs.
Use ChibiGen assets in the games and worlds you build. Keep raw exports inside your project workflow unless you have a separate written agreement with UltraPwned Gaming.

Copy into a LICENSE.txt alongside exported asset packs.
